Darryl is one of the founding brothers of Service Stars and the current General Manager!  You can find him providing support & training to the technicians in the field.

Raised in Bethel, CT, Darryl is both a husband & a father for his family. He finds joy in spending time with his wife and kids, working on trucks, and going to the shooting range!

Jeremy is one of the founding brothers of Service Stars and is also currently the current Field Manager!

From the very beginning, he’s always been a hands-on type of guy and enjoys being in the field. One of his favorite parts about the job is meeting new clients and getting to hear their stories!

Outside of his HVAC career, Jeremy is married to his wife Ellissa & has two daughters. He’s got a love for playing guitar as well as fishing. He hopes that one day he’ll be able to live in a comfy home by the water with his family.

Marisa is Service Stars’ HR & Office Manager who’s been with the company since February 2014. She takes care of the behind-the-scenes, making sure all our technicians are prepared to deliver their 5-star service. With how much she takes care of them, they’ve dubbed her “The Office Mom”. Before getting our other Client Care Representatives, Marisa was also primarily responsible for taking care of clients over the phone.

Raised in the small town of Bethel, CT, Marisa is no stranger to Fairfield County and its surrounding towns. Drinking coffee and reading a good book are her favorite things, which happen to go quite well together. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially cooking and baking with her kids.

Jherreld is Service Stars’ current Director of Marketing and joined the team in October 2018, where he initially had the role of Content Creator. His primary focus is now managing the direction of the company’s marketing initiatives & projects.

Jherreld has also built up a 7-year portfolio for wedding videography, traveling all over the country. Filming weddings from California to Alabama to Rhode Island to Toronto, he’s had the opportunity to work with several clients of different backgrounds.

Born & raised in Bethel, CT, he’s got a huge passion for cars, video games, and homemade food cooked by his wife, Keila.

Brad is one of Service Stars’ HVAC technicians who joined the team in June 2020! He’s primarily helping out the team with installing home systems in clients’ homes!

Born in Danbury, CT, Brad is a native of the area. He enjoys spending time with his wife & daughter and being on the water, whether lake or ocean. He’s also a fan of fitness, American muscle cars, and shooting his guns.

Nick P. is one our Lead Install Technicians! He joined the Service Stars team in December 2023 and leads teams for clients’ new home system installs!

Ian joined the Service Stars team in May 2023 as an Install Technician!

Ian is a native of Newtown, CT who enjoys outdoor sports & activities! His vision of a perfect vacation is down on the warm beaches of Florida with his toes in the sand & ocean breeze in through his hair.

Cameron is one of the newest additions to our team of Install Technicians, assisting the Install Team. He joined the Service Stars team in April 2023!

Jailiny is one of Service Stars’ Client Care Representatives, who joined the team in June 2022! She takes care of clients that call in for appointments as well as coordinating the technicians & their job schedules.

Originally from Brazil, she moved to the US in 2014! In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband & her pets! She’s got a passion for traveling, cooking, music, & dancing. Summer is her favorite season, giving her the chance to soak in the sun in the warm weather and relax by the water!

Trevor is one of Service Stars’ Client Care Representatives, who joined the team in May 2023! He takes care of clients that call in for appointments as well as coordinating the technicians & their job schedules.

Kim is one of Service Stars’ Client Care Representatives, who joined the team in September 2021! She takes care of clients who call in for appointments as well as coordinating the technicians & their job schedules.

Kim is a native of Connecticut but spent some of her life in Florida. She’s been happily married to her husband for 40 years and has a family that continues to grow with 1 daughter, 3 granddaughters, and 1 more grandchild on the way! In her spare time, she enjoys spending time at the beach and with her family.

Robert is our team’s Lead Bookkeeper, assisting in our accounting & bookkeeping in the office. He joined the Service Stars team in May 2024!

Janet is Service Stars’ Bookkeeper as well as the three brothers’ mother! She’s been utilizing her bookkeeping skills for over 30 years and greatly enjoys using them to help her sons out with the company, aiding Service Stars since June 2017!

Janet currently lives in locally in Fairfield County with Marty, her husband of 43 years. They raised Kyle, Darryl, and Jeremy over the years and now have the blessing of 6 grandchildren!

Billy is one of Service Stars’ licensed HVAC technicians who’s been with the company since June 2016! He’s played a huge role in taking care of clients’ home systems with regular tune-ups as well as troubleshooting any problems they experience.

Born and raised in New Fairfield, CT, Billy graduated from Henry Abbott Tech in 2017 and has been with Service Stars since. He loves to ride dirt bikes, motorcycles, cars, and trucks. He also enjoys skiing and has got a soft spot for dogs!

Nick M. is one of the newer talents on the team as an HVAC Service Technician! He joined the Service Stars team in June 2023 as an Install Technician & transitioned into HVAC Service in October 2023.

Frank is one of our team’s HVAC Service Technicians who joined the Service Stars team in April 2021! He made his way up through our Install Department & transitioned to our Service Department in 2024. His easy-going vibe brings a positive vibe to every job!

A native of Danbury, CT, Frank has an ever-growing love for music & nature! He prefers to listen to electronic & rock music when he can. Whenever he has time for the great outdoors, he loves going on hikes and visiting the beach. 

Frank highly values the experience and knowledge that each day brings to him. His goal in life is “to be human & fully expressed!”

Derrick is one of Service Stars’ extremely talented Plumbers who have been with the team since June 2020! He currently is licensed as a P-1 plumber and also graduated from Henry Abbott Tech in 2012. His passion for the trade is contagious and always makes for a pleasant experience with our clients!

Born in Norwalk, CT, Derrick enjoys spending his days with his family and dog! He’s got a knack for his hobbies of woodworking and tractors; appropriate for the handyman he is.

Matt is one of our awesome plumbers and joined the Service Stars team in March 2021!

Matt is a Danbury native who graduated from Henry Abbott Tech in 2019 for Plumbing! In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with friends, traveling to see new places, and racing his dirt bike!

Justin is one of Service Stars’ Master Electricians who has been with the company since February 2017! He finds himself busy in the field caring for clients’ electrical installs and repairs.

He is usually accompanied by our electrical apprentice Everett, who is training under Justin to get his electrical license!

Justin is a New Fairfield native, born and raised. He got married in 2016 and became a father at the end of 2018. Being the handyman he is, Justin is always looking for the next project to work on in his home. He’s all about home improvement and making the day-to-day life of his family better!

Leo is one of Service Stars’ Master Electricians that joined the team in October 2023! He helps out clients with anything electrical in their home, from a simple outlet to entire electrical panels!

Everett is one of our awesome electricians who joined the Service Stars team in July 2021!

When Everett is off the clock, he spends his leisure time enjoying the outdoors hiking and fishing. He’s also a big Yankees fan!

Eric H. one of our Apprentices on the team, learning the trades & helping out our technicians in the field & at the shop. He joined the Service Stars team in May 2024!
