What’s the estimated cost to repair my A/C?

Every home and its A/C system is unique, so it's honestly difficult to give an estimate over phone or email. In order to consistently deliver our 5-star services, we only provide job estimates after our technician is able to physically diagnose the issue(s) in person. That way, the work needed is custom-tailored fit to exactly what's best for your home.

Help! It’s blazing hot outside, but my A/C is not working!

We place top priority on our Club Members, so if you're a part of our Service Stars family, we'll be there within 24 hours guaranteed or we waive the $69 service fee. That's how serious we are on delivering peace of mind.

If you aren't a Club Member, we're only able to accommodate the next available time window. There is also a possibility that we will have to cancel an appointment to serve a Club Member with an emergency call.

I’m looking to add A/C to my home. Where do I start?

We do provide complimentary in-home consultations for new HVAC system installations! Every consultation takes 60-90 minutes. Our in-home representative gets to know you & your home. They will take measurements of the home, assuring that the size & specs of the system is the most optimal for your needs. Once that's been done, you'll have options to choose from.
