You get 4 total complimentary visits every year you're a Club Member with us, which would include 1 heating tune-up, 1 A/C tune-up, 1 electrical inspection, and 1 plumbing inspection.

What should I expect when our technician arrives?

You can expect top-notch professionalism throughout your technician's visit. Whether an inspection, repair, or replacement, our team is trained to deliver the 5-star experience we aim for every homeowner we work with. If you aren't satisfied with your Service Stars experience, please do not hesitate to give us a call at (203)-797-9924 so we can resolve any issues & concerns you have.

That way, the work needed is custom-tailored fit to exactly what's best for your home.

My sink/toilet/appliance is leaking/flooding!

In the case of emergencies involving major flooding, we immediately recommend accessing & turning off your home's water main. For minor leaks, shutting off the water sources connected to the leaking appliance is recommended. If there is no method to do this, then the next step would be to shut off the water main. After doing one of the above steps, we highly recommend calling a licensed professional to diagnose & repair your issue.

What if I’ve already got someone else for a certain service?

No worries, we can still work with you. We know you may already have your favorite plumber or electrician. The Club Membership is an all-inclusive home service package, so we won't exclude any services. If they're unavailable when you need them, we'll be here for you.
